As a Global Educator, you love to travel, and you are a trend-sensitive colour (hair) freak by nature, and you see opportunities in the market that can be linked to new products and education. In addition, you will be training international educators, and you will transfer product knowledge to our global customers (hairdressers and/or distributors), inspiring them with innovative trends and techniques in the field of colour, of course in care, styling and cutting as well.

MISSION

• Providing workshops, training courses, seminars and shows abroad for business partners, clients and educators;
• Developing courses, educational tools and new colour-, cutting- and styling techniques appropriate to product introductions, trend collections, etc., together with your colleagues;
• Be proactive in updating existing systems, connecting with customers;
• Setting up tailor-made education programs for foreign educators and hair stylists;
• Event management.

YOU

• A completed hairdressing diploma;
  
• At least five years of work experience as a hairstylist;
  
• Experience as an educator;
  
• You are mainly creative but administrative and organisational. also a top performer;
  
• Didactic education and knowledge of Microsoft Word is an advantage;
  
• Perfect proficiency in Arabic and, of course, English language, both spoken and written. Dutch is not necessary;
  
• You are an expert in maintaining customer relations;
  
• A driver's license;
  
• You must be willing to relocate to the Netherlands.

• You enjoy spending between 60 and 90 days a year abroad with our Business Partner;
  
• You are flexible, and you do not mind working evenings and weekends;
  
• You enjoy standing in front of groups, and you have good communication skills;
  
• You have a high sense of responsibility, and you always make sure that everything is arranged down to the last touch;
  
• You have a great affinity with the beauty industry;
  
• You are a team player, but you also “just nail it” perfectly yourself anywhere in the world;
  
• You are open to developing yourself as all the above competencies are present within you but can, of course, always be further developed. No Problem: we understand!
